The service

SportFrameProprovides software that lets independent photographers (“Businesses”) offer session booking, payments, and galleries. Photography services are provided by the Business, not SportFramePro. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

Bookings & payments

Prices, availability, and delivery are set by each Business. Payments are processed securely by Stripeand paid to the Business. Refunds, rescheduling, and credits are at the Business's discretion per their stated policy.

SMS messaging terms

By opting in, you agree to receive booking-related text messages (confirmations and reminders) from the Business via SportFramePro. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the service. Businesses are responsible for their own content, pricing, and customer communications.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law,SportFramePro is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for the acts of independent Businesses.
